Sunshine Storages is a family of businesses located at 1414 New Boston Rd, Texarkana, TX 75501, offering self-storage units, portable buildings, metal buildings, and discount appliances, and serving as an authorized dealer for partners including Graceland Portable Buildings and U-Haul.

Use of This Website

Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product descriptions, photos, and prices are provided to help you and are subject to change without notice.
• Inventory is limited and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability shown online is not guaranteed until confirmed in person or by phone.
• We make every effort to display accurate information, but errors in pricing or descriptions can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and notify you before proceeding.
• Final pricing, applicable taxes, and any delivery or installation fees are confirmed at the time of purchase.

Submitting an inquiry or quote request through this site does not create a binding sale. It is a request for information, and our team will follow up to confirm details, availability, and pricing.

Financing & Rent-to-Own

We offer financing and rent-to-own options through third-party partners (for example, Snap Finance and American First Finance). All financing is provided by those partners, subject to their approval and terms. Sunshine Storages is not the lender and does not guarantee approval. Please review your financing agreement carefully before signing.

Storage Rentals

Self-storage units are rented under a separate rental agreement that governs access, payment, late fees, and termination. The terms of that signed agreement apply to your rental in addition to these website terms.

Warranties

Every appliance is backed by our 7-day repair-or-replace guarantee, and all new and scratch-and-dent appliances include a 1-year warranty against defects. Extended warranties of up to 5 years are available for purchase on new and scratch-and-dent units. Graceland portable buildings carry a separate 7-year manufacturer warranty, which does not apply to appliances. Warranty coverage, length, and conditions vary by product and are described at the time of sale. Except for warranties expressly provided in writing, products are otherwise sold "as is."
